Answer to Question 1

For the units in the 3 to 25 ton range, gas fired or electric heat can be supplied. Larger units can also be equipped with hot water or steam coils.

Answer to Question 2

With a water cooled unit the compressor can be located most anywhere with the condenser water pumped to its location.
