Upon receiving your copies of the contractor's CPM diagram and regular updated printouts of scheduling data, the engineer or owner should:
 
  A. review the schedules for logic, task durations, and ability to meet specified dates.
   B. file them in case of a later need to investigate delay claims.
   C. quickly skim the printout, then file it, keeping the master chart on the wall.
   D. study them carefully and post all changes on your master chart.
   E. advise the contractor how to sequence the Work.
