Answer to Question 1

When storing oxygen cylinders, keep them at least 20 feet away from combustible materials and compressed gas cylinders. When this is not possible, isolate the oxygen cylinders using a barrier at least five-feet high made of non-combustible material that has at least a 30 minute fire-resistance rating

Answer to Question 2

Portable circular saws should be equipped with guards above and below the base plate or shoe. The upper guard must cover the saw to the depth of the teeth, except for the minimum allowance needed for bevel cuts. The lower guard must cover the saw to the depth of the teeth except for the minimum allowance needed for contact with the work and retraction from the work.
