Answer to Question 1

Planets above about 2 times the mass of Neptune are Jupiters. Planets less massive than this, down to about half the mass of Neptune are Neptunes. Super-Earths are less massive than Neptunes down to about twice the mass of Earth. Earths are planets less massive than that.
