If we touch the two leads of the ohmmeter together, 1 mA goes through the meter, which will fully deflect the ______________.

Question 2

Why must the ammeter have a very small resistance?
 
  A. So it does not change the circuit it is measuring
  B. So it can measure the voltage drop across the element without affecting the circuit
  C. So as not to lead to erroneous results
