Answer to Question 1

The fish survive and breed within a restricted range of temperature. If it occurs
where it had not before, it can affect these fish. Likewise, if the depth range over which
stratification is greater or smaller than normal, disruptions can also occur to normal cycles
in the body of water.

Answer to Question 2

That would be like saying that oxygen is free, so that we do not need it to live. It is
hard to quantify what the services are worth, but that doesn't mean we should not try.
