Explain why a heating system made by circulating hot water through a concrete floor could be desirable. Would it be better to circulate the hot water through the ceiling? Why or why not?

The floor radiates thermal energy, and humans respond positively in terms of
personal comfort to radiant heat.
Floor radiant heating is better than ceiling radiant heating because hot air rises and cold air
sinks.

Energy costs are higher in Europe and have been high historically. This has
influenced people to pay more attention.
