An object of mass m is moving on a horizontal rough surface. At a certain point it has a speed v m/s and it comes to a stop after traveling 32 m.

If the coefficient of friction between the object and the surface is 0.40, what is the value of speed v? Use g = 10 m/s2.
  A) 16 m/s
  B) 26 m/s
  C) 32 m/s
  D) 38 m/s
  E) 10 m/s

If the coefficient of friction between the object and the surface is 0.40, how far will the object go before it comes to a stop? Use g = 10 m/s2.
  A) 98 cm
  B) 61 m
  C) 98 m
  D) 23 m
  E) 61 cm

There are major differences in the metabolism of morphine and the illegal drug heroin. Morphine mostly produces its CNS effects through m-receptors, and at k- and d-receptors. Heroin has a slight affinity for opiate receptors. Most of its actions are due to metabolism to active metabolites (6-acetylmorphine, morphine, and morphine-6-glucuronide).
