A. Make sure that changes in law are the best way to accomplish your purpose.
B. Keep your issue to yourself. That is, recognize that working with other groups will likely cause your issue to get lost or watered down.
C. Mobilize your supporters only through e-mail and texting to make sure that your message effectively reaches as many people as quickly as possible.
