  A. Transformation, which holds that human life is only interested in immediate demands.
  B. Praxiology, whose central theme is that people act purposefully to satisfy their needs and to improve their future and that change most effectively proceeds from an interactive process of reflection and action.
  C. Appreciative Inquiry, which operates on the principle that in any situation there are problems that need to be fixed and that the search for problems is the most effective way for promoting action and satisfaction.
  D. Community development, which relies on offering the resources and expertise of members from outside the community who can maintain objectivity in serving community members.
