In case you are involved in a malpractice suit, what should you do?
 
  a. Destroy or alter any files that could incriminate you.
  b. Discuss the case with as many people as possible to get ideas of what to do next.
  c. Seek out the client who is suing you and attempt to change his or her mind.
  d. Seek consultation with an attorney.
  e. Continue the professional relationship with the client who is suing you, lest you be charged with abandonment.
