Answer to Question 1

False

Answer to Question 2

Planning for the energy level of the beginning phase of group helps the leader further the purpose of the group. Different groups will require different openings and energy levels from the leader to meet the members' needs. By considering the kinds of exercises and activities needed, as well as how the leader may use his or her own voice, the appropriate energy may be infused into the group to make it the most beneficial it can be for the members.
