Answer to Question 1

True

Answer to Question 2

When planning multiple purposes for a group, the leader needs to ensure that these purposes are compatible with one another. When purposes are mixed in incompatible ways, members may become confused. Some examples of compatible purposes are: to have fun and to build trust; to discuss group process and to accomplish a task; in closing a group, to finish group and finish content.
