Barry claims he spends 3 hours every day studying in the library and yet his math grades are not improving. His professor suggests he start recording duration of his behavior. Why?
 
  a. He might not be spending all 3 hours on task studying
  b. He might be spend his time studying what he already knows
  c. He might spend more time studying an easier course.
  d. All of these are possible

Question 2

If John wants to know how often he gets up to move around while he is supposed to be studying, he should:
 
  a. keep a structured diary.
  b. make a checkmark on a chart each time he gets up.
  c. estimate at the end of each study session.
  d. have a friend observe him.
