2. Responsibility: Describe what you did.
3. Reconciliation: Apologize
4. Resolution: Take appropriate action to fix any damage that might have occurred from your actions.

1. Self-perception: You must believe you can solve the problem.
2. What's wrong: Identify the problem or situation to be improved.
3. What could be done? Brainstorm to generate options to improve the situation.
4. Get commitments from each party and follow through on accountability.
