Answer to Question 1

ANSWER:
C

Answer to Question 2

ANSWER:
Exposing discs to extreme temperatures or humidity could cause them to warp. Stacking discs, touching the underside of discs, or exposing them to any type of contaminant may scratch the discs. If a disc becomes warped or if its surface is scratched, data on the disc may be unreadable. Always place a CD or DVD in a protective case, such as a jewel box or disc storage case, when you are finished using it.
