In a Q-system, the daily demand is 850 units with a standard deviation of 12 units. The Cycle service level is 97.5. What is the reorder point?

The two sample proportions are p1 = 0.25 and p2 = 0.20, and the standard error of the sampling distribution of p1 - p2 is 0.04 . The calculated value of the test statistic will be:
