Answer to Question 1

The bankruptcy trustee maintains control over the bankruptcy estate and preserves any of the debtor's available assets for the benefit of the creditors or other interested parties. Bankruptcy trustees have the authority to take control of the assets, investigate fraud, uncover hidden assets, and recover property that was transferred fraudulently.

Answer to Question 2

The purpose of a deed is to act as the document that conveys an ownership interest in realty, and is evidence of title to that property. The deed may be used by the grantor to expand or restrict the rights regarding the use of the land.
