This is a highly personal opinion. Some students may prefer a small agency, some may prefer a large agency.

Answer to Question 2

Although this answer is personal, it should reflect that the company or agency is entitled to a certain amount of money for its overhead costs, as well as the fact that the company needs to make a profit in order to keep in business.
