Describe the potential role of a paralegal in a property division case.

What will be an ideal response?

Question 2

Mary Beth is in her last semester of her Paralegal Program. It has been a lot of hard work especially juggling schedules with childcare, work and classes. As much as she has been growing tired of her marriage to Tony, she would not have been able to get this degree without him. He was able to get his boss to let him work from home three days a week so she could take three full days of classes and, on her non-school days, work at her part-time secretarial job. She could have brought the work home, but being at her office was like a mini vacation from Tony and the kids. She is so excited that she has learned so much and eager to get started on her new career. She only wishes that she could once again get as excited about Tony. Maybe when I get this great job, I can leave Tony, she thought to herself, and often He's done so much to help her get this degree, but she really thinks that she can do a lot better now.

If Mary Beth decides to divorce Tony, how do you think the courts will treat her Paralegal Degree and Tony's efforts in helping her get it?

These people included 55 lung cancer patients, 31 breast cancer patients, and 83 cancer-free patients. The dogs detected 54 of the 55 lung cancer patients as having cancer, detected 28 of the 31 breast cancer patients, and gave only three false-positive results (detecting cancer in people who didn't have it).
