Douglas cuts down an old maple tree that is dying. The tree falls into Blackmore's property landing on the garage and causing extensive damage. Douglas had warned Blackmore that he was going to cut down the tree:
 
  A. Blackmore has no remedy, but can ask Douglas not to cut down anymore trees without the help of a professional
   B. Blackmore may seek monetary damages for the destruction of his garage
