Answer to Question 1

Video conferencing will make it possible to conduct much of the business of a law firm, such as interviewing clients and witnesses, meeting with opposing counsel, and conferring with members of the legal team from remote locations. In some courts, hearings in certain types of proceedings may be conducted using video conferencing, thus eliminating the need for parties and attorneys to travel to court in those instances.

Answer to Question 2

Co-workers with technical knowledge may be willing to assist. Books and guides for using hardware and software are often available. Most software has help features and online services to assist the user. Training may also be provided by an outside company contracted to provide support services, a manufacturer's or software vendor's help desk, or conventional classes or webinars.
