Our client's ex-spouse was awarded permanent alimony. Two years after the divorce, she moved a man into the family home that she also received in the divorce. Our client is upset that he is paying alimony that supports the couple. Can he end his payments?
 
  a. Yes, if he can prove she is financially benefitting from this arrangement.
  b. No. The award is permanent and cannot be modified.
  c. No. Cohabitation can never be considered the same as a remarriage.
  d. Yes, as long we can prove the cohabitant spends at least 50 of his time with her.
