Answers will vary. Cost and licensing should be discussed. Accessibility to the public is also an important public policy argument. The purpose of the ALI as an organization should also be discussed.

Answer to Question 2

Plain-English language for jury instructions have been adopted to make jury instructions easier to understand for jurors. Many jurors do not understand legal jargon and legal terms.
