Answer to Question 1

A database in a law office contains confidential information, like the list of clients, and may contain potentially privileged information, like the reason the client is consulting the law firm. Protecting this information is an ethical obligation. The question that must be considered is how to balance the need for access with the need to restrict access to those with a need to have the information. Microsoft Access provides options for password and permissions level setup that can be used to restrict access.

Answer to Question 2

TRUE
