It is important that paralegals when dealing with clients:
 
  A. Remember that they work in part for the best interests of the client
  B. Remind clients that they are not attorneys and refrain from giving legal advice
  C. Communicate with clients as told by the attorney to keep them advised of issues pertaining to the client's case
  D. All of the above

Paralegals should stay current on new areas of law because:
