Answer to Question 1

Unexpected circumstances could cause data to be lost or damaged. It is unlikely that the trial will be halted for the attorney in those cases.

Answer to Question 2

Dragging the individual files to a Sanction case does not actually move them, but only creates a link to the location for the program to use when you want to find those items. The data is retained in its original location.
