Answer to Question 1

Most, if not all, law libraries today do not shelve Shepard's in print for two reasons. First, the print version is not as current as the online versions of Shepard's and KeyCite. Second, the online version is much easier to use.

Answer to Question 2

To retrieve a case on Westlaw, enter the citation in the main search box on the Westlaw home screen. This link will take you directly to the case opinion.
