Priscilla is a passenger in a motor vehicle driven by Alex. There is a collision involving two other vehicles, one driven by Barnabas and one driven by Chloe. The jury awards Priscilla 250,000.00 and apportions causal negligence as follows: Alex: 10 Barnabas 40 Chloe 50 In a jurisdiction that has adopted joint and several liability, Priscilla:

  b. Can recover double her damage or 500,000.00 from any one of the three defendant drivers.
