Answer to Question 1

The key to success as a presenter is finding your comfort level. It is natural to be a little nervous
just before beginning, but extreme nervousness generally has a source and that source is
generally not being well prepared. The more familiar you are with the information being
presented, the more comfortable you will be. To be fully prepared, you must practice.

Answer to Question 2

The team that understands the goals and objectives of the training will know how to more
effectively participate in the training.
