a) Separate raw foods from RTE foods
b) wash hands and change gloves when moving from raw to RTE foods and vice versa
c) Wash and sanitize cutting boards between each use
d) use separate utensils for raw and cooked foods
e) Store RTE foods above raw foods in the refrigerator
