values at other levels (see Chapter Six): societal and personal, particularly.

Answer to Question 2

Advantages include being the boss, which entails selecting clients, ensuring that
your values are followed, and pocketing most of the profits. Disadvantages
include the constant prospecting for new clients, the workload, and the lack of
colleagues for brainstorming.
