It is the refusal to obey civil laws in an effort to induce change in governmental policy or legislation, characterized by the use of passive resistance or other nonviolent means.

Answer to Question 2

It includes a core worked on all sides. It is a flatter shape that was used to cut, scrape, pound, and
dig. They were primarily used for butchering meat.
