Susan and Bob are homeowners. After Bob lost his job, they have had trouble paying the bills, and their home is going into foreclosure. In desperation, they make a connection online with a company that promises to help them avoid foreclosure, for a fee. In a last desperate attempt to save their home, Susan and Bob make the mistake of getting in touch with another shady company online. This time, they are told that they can get a new loan that will solve all of their problems. Unfortunately, the documents that Susan and Bob sign are actually authorizing the sale of their home to a third party at a much lower rate. Susan and Bob are now homeless and still owe the original debt on their foreclosed home. This is an example of which type of fraud?

  A) Bailout
  B) Bait and switch
  C) Phantom help
  D) Ponzi scheme
  E) Real estate
