Answer: Boot camps are developed in order to implement discipline and routine into the life of a juvenile delinquent. This is achieved with rigorous military physical activity and disciplinary regime, required short haircuts and clothing, and education.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Standard conditions are those that are given to all probationers, such maintain employment and report regularly to the probation officer. Special conditions are based on the needs of the offender, such as urinalysis or AA meetings.
