Based on research of the last three decades, what would likely occur if there were to be more limited gun availability for juveniles in the future? Would crime rates by juveniles remain the same, or would they decrease?

The crime rate would decrease.
 The juvenile Violent Crime Index arrest rate increased in the mid-2000s, and then declined through 2012 to its lowest level since 1980, which is attributed to more limited gun availability.
