Answer: Answers should include person defined as a whole both internally and externally, house defined broadly to mean any structure a person uses as a residence, and papers and effects defined as nearly all personal items. Details of each definition are needed.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Answers should thoroughly explain Terry v. Ohio investigatory detentions and the rationale behind them. A clear and definite position should be taken and defended on the basis of reasonable expectation of privacy.
