Could you thermoform parts from sheets of a material of very high crystallinity or narrow molecular weight distribution? Why or why not?

Answer to Question 1

No, the transition between Tg and Tm is too narrow. The material would just melt rather than droop.

Answer to Question 2

Sheet thickness would be one example, Molecular weight distribution, etc.
