Your mold is filling completely, but you have weld-lines in your part. Give three possible parameter changes to alleviate the problem.

Answer to Question 1

Some of the possible answers for this question include: melt temperature too high or too low, mold surface temperature, pressure on melt, choice of the material, mold lubricants, or poor venting of the part.

Answer to Question 2

Possible problems to look at would include: melt temperature, pressure on melt, fill rate, mold construction, machine settings, injection time, gate design, mold surface temperature, and internal moisture.
