Answer to Question 1

Arcs are dimensioned with the radius preceded by the abbreviation R.
Circles are dimensioned with the diameter preceded by the symbol .
Drawing examples will be evaluated by the instructor.

Answer to Question 2

Notes are brief, carefully worded descriptions. The may be general or local notes. Local notes attach to a specific feature using a leader and arrowhead.
