Answer to Question 1

This tool can be used to slice through the model so that the ceiling does not appear.

Answer to Question 2

A map plotted from survey notes. It is drawn for a specific purpose such as, calculate area, determine the location of property lines, or locate buildings and improvements on a property. It is a PLAN drawing.
