How many auxiliary views are necessary to draw the true size of an inclined plane? Of an oblique plane?

Question 2

If you import a model that's too large or too small, the Scale or Tape Measure tool can be used to correct the model's size. What is the difference between these two tools when used for resizing?

Answer to Question 1

Typically one view projected from the primary view in which the inclined surface appears as a straight line.

Usually two views are required, with the first to show the oblique surface on edge. Then a secondary auxiliary view is constructed to show true size.

Answer to Question 2

Scale is used to resize a model by sight, or you can enter a specific scale value  a fraction of the original dimensions
