Answer to Question 1

Answer: Manspreading is a term for how men take up more space than women even apart from their greater height and weight. They sprawl over chairs, stretch their arms, and sit with their legs spaced widely apart.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: The behavioral changes would be in how you walk, talking less with your hands, and ways in which you project male strength. You would have to smile less as well.
