Answer to Question 1

Answer: Maslow's hierarchy of needs is best demonstrated as a pyramid, with the most fundamental needs at the base and each higher need built upon them. The needs are basic physiological, safety and security, love and belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: In studies, men who saw women wearing red (as opposed to blue) shirts rated them as more attractive, were more likely to ask her out, and were more likely to want to have sex with her. Researchers think that red is more explicitly linked to sexuality across time and culture.
