Answer: Our clothing impacts how we see ourselves and how others see us. When we wear professional clothes, we feel professional and respectable. In contrast, when we put on old sweats, we might feel comfortable and maybe a bit lazy. You can change how you feel by strategically choosing your wardrobe.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: I would tell my friend that self-control is a muscle and it gets stronger over time. I would tell her to maintain a program for at least 2 months since some studies show that this amount of time will help build the muscle strength.
