Answer to Question 1

Answer: Evolutionary psychologists argue that humans are fascinated by personality differences because individual differences helped humans take on different roles to survive and reproduce in their huntergatherer groups. Extraversion tells us who is more likely to take on a leadership role, agreeableness lets us know who will cooperate, and conscientiousness indicates who will work hard.
