Answer to Question 1

Answer: Testosterone is the primary male hormone. For men high in power motive, testosterone rises after success or falls after a loss in a one-on-one contest.

Answer: Evolutionary psychologists would say that their work attempts to explain people's behavior but cannot justify it.
