Answer: Predictive validity is when a scale is related to a concrete outcome or behavior. In order to validate the scale, you might also observe people's behavior to see if it aligns with what they said they would do. You might give people the Cat Person Scale and then also observe them interact with cats.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Testretest validity is when taking the test at two different times produces roughly the same results. You can administer the same test to the same person multiple times to ensure testretest validity.
