Answer to Question 1

Answer: A self-report measure is a questionnaire asking people to report information about their own personalities, usually through rating themselves on a list of adjectives or statements. A personality test that you take answering questions about your typical behaviors is an example of a self-report measure.

Answer: Personality assessment is the way in which researchers measure and define personality using a variety of methods.
