Many people consider the ocean to be the ultimate trash dump. This is because
  1.out of sight, out of mind.
  2.were running out of room for more landfills.
  3.the ocean is so deep, theres no way trash or wastes can surface or be seen again.
  4.there is so much water in the ocean that the waste will be diluted to non-harmful levels.
